Organization, Management and Control Model pursuant to Legislative Decree 231/2001 and Lunelli Group Code of Ethics
The Companies belonging to the Lunelli Group have adopted an Organization, Management and Control Model pursuant to Legislative Decree 231/2001 and a Code of Ethics (the “Lunelli Group Code of Ethics” or “Code of Ethics”).
Our Code of Ethics contains a set of principles and rules whose observance by the recipients is of fundamental importance for the good functioning, reliability, and reputation of our Companies.
The Code of Ethics sets out the values, principles, and general provisions applicable to our organization and it is essential that these principles are respected by all the recipients of the Code of Ethics, which also include our Customers and Suppliers.
